In principle, we have complete freedom in choosing the hardware for the implementation project. All options are conceivable: on-premises, in the cloud, with a Microsoft SQL Server, or using an SAP HANA database. Where possible, we recommend using the Microsoft Azure cloud in conjunction with an SAP HANA database. This installation ensures global availability of the solution through the Azure cloud and, with the SAP HANA database, is ideally suited for intensive use. Unlike SAP Business One Cloud, you use the hardware components exclusively (single instance). This also gives us complete freedom in selecting potential add-ons.
The classic implementation project is suitable for medium-sized companies that need to replace an existing ERP system. As expected, the implementation of SAP Business One will require adapting processes to customer requirements, potentially creating customized documents and reports, and installing and configuring industry-specific add-ons.
