SAP Business One Service App

The SAP Business One Service App integrates field service technicians into the service process. For example, headquarters can organize service appointments and assign them to service technicians. The appointments appear in the Service App calendar along with the respective customer's address data.

The service app enables service technicians to access data from the service module externally and allows them to perform actions on-site at the customer's location.

Specifically, the following actions are possible:

  • Process service tickets
  • View customer master data and, for example, display the location on a map.
    Use the stored phone number to make a call
  • Log the start and end of work using the check-in and check-out function.
  • Document articles with photos
  • View the service history of items
  • Use documents stored by headquarters, such as user manuals.
  • Create or view new customer requests for service tickets
  • Have work performance approved with a signature on site

The app is available for download in the iTunes and Google Play Stores. It supports a demo mode in which users can gain initial experience.
