Vacation planner and absence management
Employees submit vacation requests independently and can check their vacation balance in their vacation account at any time. The calendar view allows employees to see the vacation situation and team absences, enabling them to coordinate accordingly. You can customize all settings to your liking: vacation blackout periods, absence types, holidays, workdays, and much more can be individually configured to meet your company's needs. A multi-stage approval workflow is also available. You can define for each employee whether one, two, or more supervisors approve requests and whether a specific approval order should be followed. Any number of employees can be grouped into teams, allowing you to filter various views and reports by team. Full time tracking system
Timebutler offers a comprehensive time tracking system, including a virtual time clock, extensive configuration options, viewing and editing rights, posting to projects and categories, time accounts, legal and individual break regulations, reporting options with Excel download, and much more. Each user can record their hours via the virtual time clock or by direct input. Alternatively, you can use the time tracking terminal: simply activate the Timebutler time tracking terminal on a standard tablet and place the tablet at the company entrance. Each employee can then clock in and out, as well as record their breaks, with just a few clicks on the tablet. Timebutler maintains a time account for each employee, taking into account vacation, sick leave, target working hours, public holidays, and length of service. This ensures that working hours and overtime balances are always up-to-date and transparent for everyone involved. To comply with legal requirements regarding maximum working hours and minimum breaks, simply activate a break policy. This allows you to define the maximum daily working hours and minimum break times for employees. Timebutler offers various break policies for different countries and employee age groups. Reports and analyses
Timebutler's time tracking and absence management features generate a wealth of employee data that you can analyze and process. The Timebutler Download Center provides convenient access to all data, including extensive filtering options. This allows you to archive the data or share it with third parties, such as your external payroll provider or tax advisor. The Timebutler Reporting Center also enables you to create a variety of reports. Here, too, you can use filter options and different report types to generate customized analyses, which you can then download and export. Thanks to access and editing permissions, each user can only view and analyze the data they are authorized to access.
