Faster processes with the new software

This significantly reduces accounting and administrative effort. Because invoices are issued in consolidated form, the numerous individual orders from a single customer don't need to be invoiced one by one; instead, a single entry at the end of the month is sufficient to accurately manage the amounts and supporting documents.
The infrastructure behind the software also offers advantages to the printing company. The SAP system runs in the cloud, enabling multiple people to work on it from any location.
The old invoicing program, on the other hand, could only be used offline at a single location. Therefore, SAP Business One Cloud does not block any background systems, and work can continue normally during the booking process.
