In 2019, Mr. Schneider realized he needed a structured ERP system. Managing numerous different documents and programs had become increasingly time-consuming and maintenance-intensive as the company grew, and customer data had to be entered individually into each application. Special requirements

Schneider Documentation had specific requirements for SAP Business One, which conesprit successfully implemented. What was previously duplicated work is now all captured in a single protocol embedded in the invoice form.
For the service company, it is also very important to be able to assign the hours worked to the correct projects. In addition to the log, Schneider Documentation therefore also uses the "timesheet" feature. This allows the hours spent on a project to be entered into the project module and invoiced.
